At Tailix, we want your experience to be smooth and worry-free. Here’s our return and refund policy:

• Return Period
  Food & Medicines: Can be returned within 3 days of delivery, as long as the product is in its original condition.
  Other Products: Can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in their original condition.
  Please note: Returns outside these periods cannot be accepted.
• When Returns Are Accepted
  Returns are accepted if there is an issue with the product itself or a mistake from our side.
  Products that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling cannot be returned.
• Return Process & Time
  Cairo & Giza: Returns processed within 24–48 hours from your request.
  Other Governorates: Returns processed within 48–72 hours from your request.
• Return Costs
  Free return: If the issue is due to the product itself or an error from our side.
  Customer pays return shipping: If the issue is outside the product itself (e.g., change of mind, accidental damage).
